DELIVERY POLICY
Once the order is placed, you will get the products within 10-15 days maximum via courier, the cost of the shipping is additional
If the delivery address is out of India then the shipping cost will be added as per the delivery country
CANCELLATIONS
Orders once placed cannot be cancelled
RETURN POLICY
Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a store credit or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
You can return the product to us within 7 days of delivery date. We accept returns only if you have received a defective product or a wrong product as of now. Shipment cost has to be paid by the customer
To return an item, please email customer service at contact@go4ganics.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to us
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
All the returned products amount will be added as store credit on the website, which can be used in your future purchase

MISSING
- Parcel opening video is a must for return, refund, or missing requests. Without video, none of the requests were entertained.
- Some small products are packed inside another product bag, Please clearly check.
- If the Items missing are confirmed, we will reship those items or refund money for missing items.
- If a package is opened or the packages count is less while delivery, Don't collect it and contact us immediately. If You collected those kinds of parcels without our concern, we cant help with that.
